Javier Sánchez - Director: Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), with a Master’s in Business Administration specializing in Quality and Productivity. He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). With over 20 years of experience, he is a specialist in International trade, Strategic Logistics, and Regulatory Compliance, supporting companies in optimizing international operations, strengthening processes, and managing regulatory risk.

Yadira Álvarez - Foreign Trade Manager: Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade and Customs, with over 10 years of experience leading international trade operations in global manufacturing companies and consulting firms. She has held responsibility for both operational and administrative compliance, ensuring adherence to customs regulations and foreign trade programs. Yadira is highly proficient in specialized platforms such as Anexo 24, Anexo 30, Vastera, CAM, JDE, CUMPLE, INTEGRA PLUS, among others. Her professional development includes a wide range of certifications, seminars, and advanced courses in Customs and International Trade. With a comprehensive and detail-oriented approach, she ensures efficient regulatory compliance under IMMEX Program, OEA, and VAT-IEPS certification schemes, contributing to the operational excellence and competitiveness of international operations.
